From Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach and points South. Take Route 1 North through Bethany Beach, continue over the Indian River Inlet bridge, continue North through Dewey Beach, continue North on Route 1 over the Lewes-Rehoboth canal bridge. Continue North on Route 1, you will pass, on your right hand side, Abazacks furniture, a CVS drug store, the Outback restaurant, Tanger Outlets Seaside. Move to the left-most lane. Continue North on Route 1, on your left you will pass Atlantic Liquors, then Pizza Hut, Popeyes Chicken, Friendlys when you see the Taco Bell you need to turn left. At the Taco Bell there is a lane for left turns, there is a blinking red arrow. From Milford, Milton, Nassau, Red Mill Pond and points North. Take Route 1 South. Cross over Nassau bridge to Lewes. Continue South on Route 1. On your right, you will pass the new Lowe's Home Center, then the new Home Depot center. Continue South on Route 1. You will pass Tanger Outlets Midway, then move into the right-most lane of traffic. You will pass a Burger King, AnnMarie's Restaurant, and you will come to a traffic light which is Route 24. A McDonalds will be on your right at that intersection and across Route 24 is an Exxon station. Proceed South on Route 1 past the Exxon station and then past Farmer Girls. The next building on your right is Henlopen Cardiology, make a right into the parking lot.

From Millsboro and points West. Take Route 24 East to Route 1. At the Route 1 intersection you will find an Exxon Gas Station on your right. Make a right onto Route 1, stay in the right-most lane. After you pass Farmer Girl take the next right into Henlopen Cardiology's parking lot.
